Duck Boat Camo... Help or advice needed!!

My cousin and i are gonna camo out a livingston fiberglass boat, need advice on what type of rattle can paints work best for fiberglass and since its a duck boat which paints are the toughest? Also should i use primer first and sand it before i paint color? Any advice helps

sand it. wipe it down with acetone. Use a etching primer.
